This policy describes how Trash Day Rush, a game by Spears Software, handles your information.

Data Collection

Trash Day Rush does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. There are no accounts or sign-ins. Your game progress (unlocked routes, stars, best scores, cash, upgrades, paint colors, and game options) is stored locally on your device and is never sent to us or to any other server.

Network Access

The game runs entirely on your device and makes no network requests while you play.

Device Backups

Like other app data, your saved progress may be included in your device’s own backups, such as iCloud or Google backups, depending on your device settings. Those backups are managed by Apple or Google under your account, not by us, and we have no access to them.

Third-Party Services

Trash Day Rush does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services, and has no in-app purchases. In-game cash is earned by playing and has no real-world value.

Data Retention & Deletion

You can erase your progress at any time with Reset progress in the game’s Garage, or by uninstalling the app. A device backup made before then may still contain it until that backup is replaced or deleted.

This Website

trashdayrush.com uses no cookies, analytics, or tracking. It is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

Contacting Us

If you email us or use the Spears Software contact form, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message (plus your name, on the form), and use them only to reply to you. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. This is separate from the game, which collects nothing.

Children’s Privacy

The game does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13. If you’re under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
